Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used pet products

  • Opened grooming items

  • Personalised products

  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the request and arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
